The TSD consultant observes and analyzes existing processes to identify:
TSD Professional Services will compile a written summary of the day’s events, including areas of opportunity discovered during the onsite, recommendations for improvement, and dealership 90-day goals. TSD will also supply the dealership with documents detailing fleet management best practices, loaner, subscription, and fleet management business concepts, industry trends, mobile opportunities, and other relevant topics.
The TSD onsite process is completed 90 days after the scheduled onsite date when the TSD Professional Services consultant holds a follow-up phone meeting to discuss dealer victories and challenges since the onsite. The TSD consultant provides a single page summary of the follow-up call.
