TSD Announces Major Enhancements For the New TSD RENTAL System

TSD Mobility Solutions, the global software provider for rental car companies, today revealed its long-term strategic product enhancement initiatives for the TSD RENTAL system, which includes multiple releases throughout 2025.

This spring, the newly redesigned TSD RENTAL mobile application was launched for customers with an overwhelmingly positive reception. The new design represents the future of how car rental companies will be able to interact with consumers to streamline their operations.

The product revamp reflects TSD’s dedication to bringing more consumer-facing capabilities into the operational side of the rental business, creating better experiences for rental agents and the customers they serve. Both will benefit from improved Loyalty Program features that allow consumers to book, manage, and retain their own information. This enhancement paves the way for streamlined self-service rental opportunities going forward.

Years of experience plus changing markets propelled the new enhancement initiatives. As fleet numbers fluctuate, TSD has built tighter inventory controls for the life cycle of the fleet using integrated buying and selling tools based on local markets. Changes like this will help car rental companies adapt quicker to economic highs and lows.

Planned releases for 2025 include improved rate management and more visual damage documentation flows. Existing mobile users will have the opportunity to leverage QR codes more in the new product—both at the traditional counter and when completing self-service rentals—to expedite the overall process.
