Implementation Specialist

TSD is seeking Implementation Specialists with experience onboarding SaaS clients. Successful applicants will join a growing team in North Andover, MA delivering world class software to our customer base of automobile dealers and rental car companies.

Perform software implementation tasks:

  • Proactive outreach with all new customers to ensure smooth implementation rollouts
  • Perform activating/deactivating clients and accounts, changing customer account configuration, and implementing software modules
  • Participate as the team’s liaison between our customer base and internal departments, including reporting enhancement requests and design issues as they arise
  • Occasional project work including client deliverables, process improvement, internal and external documentation, and other areas

 

Provide excellent customer service to TSD customers and business partners in all interactions:

  • Ensure the quality of customer deliverables and other documentation
  • Document each customer contact within ticket, noting details of incident or request, customer contact information, and progress or resolution
  • Active involvement in process improvement including making recommendations for process or procedural changes including training, documentation, and presentation to other departments
  • Proactively pass on knowledge, enabling customers and Level 1 support to increase their own knowledge of our complex and comprehensive software

 

Ability to act as a mentor within the team, sharing skills and knowledge with team members with differing experience through individual contacts, documentation, and training

 

 

  • Proficiency in standard professional tools including Microsoft Office Suite of products, ticketing systems, internet research, and computer system literacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
  • Multi-task in a fast paced, collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and tasks to meet departmental goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study

 

Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist will offer product guidance to our clients, which include car rental companies, dealerships, and auto groups. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude and be eager to learn about the industry. 

  • Offer excellent customer service assisting our clients with our software-as-a-service products via phone and email

 

  • Leverage, develop and maintain a knowledgebase of problems and solutions to assist your teammates

 

  • Provide accurate documentation in our ticketing system on each customer interaction noting details in incident or request, customer contact information, and progress or resolution

 

  • Provide helpful, friendly support explaining application functionality, assisting customers to increase their own knowledge of our software

 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve navigation, software usage, and/or system and connectivity issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution

 

  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, problem solving, and follow-up skills are essential

 

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
