Billing Specialist

TSD is looking for a Billing Specialist to join our Business Office team. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for generating accurate invoices and processing revenue adjustments in accordance with the relevant contract, billing cycle, and policy.

  • Learn a custom billing system and various customer billing models
  • Prepare, review, and submit customer invoices
  • Provide troubleshooting for billing related issues and deliver explanations to billing inquiries, escalating issues as necessary
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with daily and monthly reconciliations including cash, credit cards, and other accounts
  • Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system and Excel
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries

 

  • College degree, preferably in a related major
  • Proficiency in MS office Excel audit features (Pivot tables, V-lookup)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and exceptions

 

Business Development Administrator

The Business Development Administrator will work with Business Development executives and the sales team.

  • Prepare, review and submit sales proposals to potential customers
  • Process customer orders
  • Provide daily follow-up and status on new customer orders
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries
  • Manage reporting for sales metrics
  • Learn a custom CRM system and various customer pricing models
  • Develop and maintain regular reports via Excel
  • Provide executives with administrative assistance including calendar and travel
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned per management

 

  • 2+ years sales admin and sales support experience 
  • Positive attitude, energetic, dependable, great attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service and organizational skill sets
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Data entry and/or other automated quoting applications experience a plus

 

Implementation Specialist

TSD is seeking Implementation Specialists with experience onboarding SaaS clients. Successful applicants will join a growing team in North Andover, MA delivering world class software to our customer base of automobile dealers and rental car companies.

Perform software implementation tasks:

  • Proactive outreach with all new customers to ensure smooth implementation rollouts
  • Perform activating/deactivating clients and accounts, changing customer account configuration, and implementing software modules
  • Participate as the team’s liaison between our customer base and internal departments, including reporting enhancement requests and design issues as they arise
  • Occasional project work including client deliverables, process improvement, internal and external documentation, and other areas

 

Provide excellent customer service to TSD customers and business partners in all interactions:

  • Ensure the quality of customer deliverables and other documentation
  • Document each customer contact within ticket, noting details of incident or request, customer contact information, and progress or resolution
  • Active involvement in process improvement including making recommendations for process or procedural changes including training, documentation, and presentation to other departments
  • Proactively pass on knowledge, enabling customers and Level 1 support to increase their own knowledge of our complex and comprehensive software

 

Ability to act as a mentor within the team, sharing skills and knowledge with team members with differing experience through individual contacts, documentation, and training

 

 

  • Proficiency in standard professional tools including Microsoft Office Suite of products, ticketing systems, internet research, and computer system literacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
  • Multi-task in a fast paced, collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and tasks to meet departmental goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study

 

Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist will offer product guidance to our clients, which include car rental companies, dealerships, and auto groups. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude and be eager to learn about the industry. 

  • Offer excellent customer service assisting our clients with our software-as-a-service products via phone and email

 

  • Leverage, develop and maintain a knowledgebase of problems and solutions to assist your teammates

 

  • Provide accurate documentation in our ticketing system on each customer interaction noting details in incident or request, customer contact information, and progress or resolution

 

  • Provide helpful, friendly support explaining application functionality, assisting customers to increase their own knowledge of our software

 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve navigation, software usage, and/or system and connectivity issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution

 

  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, problem solving, and follow-up skills are essential

 

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products

 

Business Office Generalist

The Business Office Generalist will assist with various aspects of the business related to the Business Office, Sales, and other departments. 

  • Generate quotes, process sales orders, and update customer information in CRM
  • Master a custom billing system, various customer billing models and generate invoices
  • Assist with billing functions including the creation of new accounting lines for orders processed
  • Provide troubleshooting for billing related issues and deliver explanations to billing inquiries, escalating issues as necessary
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with daily and monthly reconciliations including cash, credit cards, and other accounts
  • Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system and Excel
  • Prepare, review, and submit customer invoices
  • Review travel expenses
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries
  • Perform accounts receivable functions including collections calls, system warnings lists, and account disables
  • Other duties as required and identified by management

 

  • 1-2 years accounting or business office experience
  • Strong organizational and customer service skill sets
  • Positive attitude, energetic, dependable, great attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Data entry and/or other automated quoting applications experience a plus

 

Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will support the Controller with daily, monthly, and yearly accounting processes and functions.

  • Processing purchase requisitions and preparing purchase orders

 

  • Reviewing and processing invoices for payment approval

 

  • Preparing checks and tracking purchase orders

 

  • Verifying expense reports

 

  • Tracking contracts for products and services

 

  • Preparing journal entries and assisting with daily and monthly reconciliations including cash, credit cards, and other accounts

 

  • Developing and maintaining regular reports via the company’s accounting system and Excel

 

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned per management

 

  • 4-year business or accounting degree
  • Positive attitude, energetic, dependable, great attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service and organizational skill sets
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Data entry and/or other automated quoting applications experience a plus
