Our solutions are used across 88 countries and six continents. Every day we help over 16K dealerships and car rental companies improve their operations. Many of the metrics, operational patterns, and subsidy patterns used in the industry today were created by the TSD team.

Implementation Specialist

TSD is seeking Implementation Specialists with experience onboarding SaaS clients. Successful applicants will join a growing team in North Andover, MA delivering world class software to our customer base of automobile dealers and rental car companies.

Perform software implementation tasks:

  • Proactive outreach with all new customers to ensure smooth implementation rollouts
  • Perform activating/deactivating clients and accounts, changing customer account configuration, and implementing software modules
  • Participate as the team’s liaison between our customer base and internal departments, including reporting enhancement requests and design issues as they arise
  • Occasional project work including client deliverables, process improvement, internal and external documentation, and other areas

 

Provide excellent customer service to TSD customers and business partners in all interactions:

  • Ensure the quality of customer deliverables and other documentation
  • Document each customer contact within ticket, noting details of incident or request, customer contact information, and progress or resolution
  • Active involvement in process improvement including making recommendations for process or procedural changes including training, documentation, and presentation to other departments
  • Proactively pass on knowledge, enabling customers and Level 1 support to increase their own knowledge of our complex and comprehensive software

 

Ability to act as a mentor within the team, sharing skills and knowledge with team members with differing experience through individual contacts, documentation, and training

 

 

  • Proficiency in standard professional tools including Microsoft Office Suite of products, ticketing systems, internet research, and computer system literacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
  • Multi-task in a fast paced, collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and tasks to meet departmental goals

Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist will offer product guidance to our clients, which include car rental companies, dealerships, and auto groups. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude and be eager to learn about the industry. 

  • Offer excellent customer service assisting our clients with our software-as-a-service products via phone and email

 

  • Leverage, develop and maintain a knowledgebase of problems and solutions to assist your teammates

 

  • Provide accurate documentation in our ticketing system on each customer interaction noting details in incident or request, customer contact information, and progress or resolution

 

  • Provide helpful, friendly support explaining application functionality, assisting customers to increase their own knowledge of our software

 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve navigation, software usage, and/or system and connectivity issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution

 

  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, problem solving, and follow-up skills are essential

 

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products

 

Technical Leads Job Description

TSD is looking for multiple dynamic Technical Leads to guide a team of talented engineers through a transformative phase of company growth. These are highly visible technical leadership roles for the right candidates to bring our flagship product TSD DEALER to new partners and markets. 

  • Lead a team of engineers through thorough peer to peer reviews, detailed code reviews, and process from design to Assumes responsibility for delivering a solid quality product with ‘mobile first’ mindset to production for TSD’s customers.

 

  • Be the player-coach with solid hands-on contribution and overseeing the development of automation portfolio using Selenium, Appium, C# and .Net.

 

  • Enable a teamwork culture that promotes accountability and collaboration and work cross functionally with all departments including Development, IT, Sales, and Support to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

 

  • Use analytical problem solving and debugging skills with the ability to see and work with systems from an end-to-end perspective.

 

  • Manage production issues troubleshooting, take point on communication plan, and provide after-hours support if needed.

 

Technical Lead – Architect (Mobile)

  • Must have technical leader level skillset capable of coaching and mentoring a talented group of engineers with industry best practices.

 

  • 8+ years professional mobile platform development using Xamarin, C#, .Net, Rest APIs SQL Server.

 

  • Solid understanding of Xamarin Forms, mobile application development to production delivery pipeline, third party tools integrations.
  • Solid understanding of ‘design systems’, UI/UX principles and enhancing customer usability is a must.

 

  • Solid understanding of Rest APIs, postman and the overall ecosystem of tools and technologies for mobile integration is required.

 

  • Understanding of objective C or Swift is a strong plus.

 

  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including proficiency in algorithms, RDBMS data structures, and data concepts.

 

  • Excellent analytical problem solving and debugging skills with the ability to see and work with systems from an end-to-end perspective.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

 

Technical Lead – Architect (Web)

  • 8+ years professional Full-Stack Development including hands-on coding and software design using C#, JavaScript, SQL, and REST based APIs design.

 

  • Must have Software Architect and technical leader level skillset capable of coaching and mentoring a talented group of engineers with industry best practices.

 

  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including proficiency in algorithms, RDBMS  data structures, and OOP with the ability to coach others.

 

  • Solid experience working with microservices, external customer facing Rest APIs, Postman, API security is a must.

 

  • Experience with front-end UI built with JavaScript (Aurelia, Angular or React nice to have) and Mobile Apps (Xamarin) delivered as white labeled or TSD branded solutions.

 

  • Excellent analytical problem solving and debugging skills with the ability to see and work with systems from an end-to-end.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

 

  • Experience working with Redis, Elasticsearch, Identity Server. SSO and AWS a strong plus.

 

Quality Assurance Engineer

The Quality Assurance Engineer will assist in developing innovative solutions for our current customer base and ensuring the quality of our industry leading car rental and loaner applications for both Web and Mobile.

  • Develop and execute manual functional, system, smoke, and regression tests for web-based applications, mobile applications and APIs

 

  • Test APIs using Postman, ReadyAPI and work with JSON, XML

 

  • Work with multiple internal sub-systems and their integrations

 

  • Write medium complexity SQL Select statements to verify data in backend databases (MySQL, SQL Server)

 

  • Work with Microsoft Test Manager

 

  • Collaborate with developers, QA, product and other internal stakeholders

 

  • Perform manual testing to identify, analyze and document defects, questionable functions, errors and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens and content

 

  • Develop and perform unit, functional and system tests, including execution of regression tests

 

  • Develop and execute test scripts in an automated and manual environment

 

  • Validate integrity of test data results for all testing performed

 

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to Customer Support

 

  • 5 to 7 years of manual QA testing web applications, mobile applications and APIs

 

  • Solid understanding of SQL; prior experience writing complex SQL working in RDBMS (SQL Server preferred)

 

  • Bachelor’s degree education or equivalent experience required

 

Requirements Analyst

The Requirements Analyst will work with the product team, development, and quality assurance managers to gather and analyze business requirements to produce functional specifications that clearly define scope, as well as the use cases. 

  •  Translate business requirements into technical specifications, mock-ups, and logical workflows

 

  • Prepare documentation

 

  •  Negotiate and refine requirements to ensure enhancements are adding value to our products

 

  • Act as a liaison and facilitate relationships with strategic clients

 

  • Build and maintain up-to-date knowledge and client usage understanding of TSD product feature

 

  • Additional responsibilities and special projects as requested per management
